Albina offers Early Head Start and Head Start services to low income families living within our service area (N, NE, & SE Portland). Families must have a total household income of at or below federal income guidelines, and meet employment, or school requirements (Center Based). Albina offers full day Center Based services and Home Based Services. All services are provided free. Full day Center Based services require that parents are working, attending school, in a job training program, or on a documented job search. Home Based services require that families meet the income requirements but parents do not have to be working, training, or going to school.
